Nail Service Policy
We appreciate your business and look forward to providing you with an excellent nail service experience. To ensure fairness to all clients and smooth operations, we have established the following professional guidelines:

​Appointment & Cancellation Policy
​
Punctuality: Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. We offer a strict 10 minute grace period after your appointment's start time.
Late Arrivals: If you anticipate being late, you must call ahead of time. Failure to arrive or call within 10-minute grace period will result in the automatic cancellation of your appointment.
Non-Refundable Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, as stated during the scheduling process.
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, your deposit can be held for a maximum of four weeks. After this four-week period, a new deposit will be required to book and future service.

Communication Guidelines

Operating Hours: For all inquiries, please text us at (754)246-2542 during our standard operating hours.
After Hours: Please refrain from contacting us after hours, as we will not respond to texts during that time.
Design ideas: If you have specific ideas, designs, or reference pictures for your nails, please text them to us ahead of your appointment.

Studio Etiquette
​
Guest & Children: Our studio has limited seating and we aim to maintain a relaxing atmosphere for all clients.Therefore, we have a strict "no extra guests" policy. Please do not bring additional people, including friends, boyfriends, babies, or children. The only exception is for clients aged 12-16 years, who may bring one parent.
Pick-up Arrangements: If someone is dropping you off, please arrange for them to pick you up approximately 20 minutes before your service is scheduled to conclude.
Pricing: Our pricing is firm and non-negotiable. Please do not ask for discounts.
